Are the items priced in USD or SGD? TOP
All the products in our online store are priced in Singapore dollars.

Is there a minimum order amount? TOP
Yes, we've revised our policy from 5 Sept 2010, there will be a minimum purchase order of SGD10.00 for all online purchases.

What payment mode do you accept ? TOP

Below are the payment modes that we accept.
 
  • Internet Bank Transfer via-DBS / POSB
  • Credit Card (through paypal)
  • Paypal
  • TT payment- bank charges (both sides) payable by customer
  • Western Union (charges payable by customer)-please email us

We only include bank transfer and paypal mode at checkout, if you would like to pay by the other payment modes, please do drop us an email and we will let you know the details.

I am interested in your products but I would like to view the actual item, is it possible? TOP
Yes you are definitely welcome to take a look at our products, our studio and showroom is located at 167, Jalan Bt Merah, Tower 4, #05-12. Please do make an appointment with us first before you come down as we may not be around. You can contact us at 62811500 or drop us an email at charlene@tinkleartroom.com

Can I purchase from your studio directly? TOP
Yes, we would love for you to come down to our studio to pick out your items, however as we will not be in the studio everyday, please send us a email or call us at 65-62811500 a few days in advance, you might also like to know that we only accept cash for purchases in our studio.

I realised that I've purchased the wrong items, can I return them? TOP

If you have realised that you've purchased the wrong items and would like to return them, we would gladly do an exchange of the items provided that they are in their original package and in a saleable condition. Shipping charges (both ways) will be payable by the customer unless we made a mistake on the items.
 
If the items that you've chosen is out of stock , you will be notify through email from us.

How can I join TAC members program? TOP
All you need to do is to make a one time purchase of SGD 300 or accumlative of purchase of SGD300 within a month and there will be a life time of 15% discount for members.

How kind of shipping mode do TAC provide? TOP

We use Singpost for all our local and international purchases.
Local purchases can be deliver by normal standard mail or registered mail. We only use registered air mail for all our international purchases.
 
Postage and delivery fee will be notified in another email once we have sort out the weight of the items.
 
For local purchases, you will receive within 5 working days
 
For international purchases, you will receive with 5 to 10 working days.

Why is the shipping not included during checkout? TOP

Pay only for what you've purchased and not more, that's why we only charge the shipping fee for your items according to the weight and not the value.
 
We are constantly looking out for the most affordable and efficient way to lower the shipping charges for our customers, we realised that this can only be done so by calculating the total weight of the items. At the moment, we can only do so by after you've confirmed your order as we will manually pick out your items, weigh them and calculate the shipping cost and inform you in another email.
 

I need the items urgently, do you have special arrangement for that? TOP

Yes we can help, if you need the items urgently, we are able to arrange for next working day delivery for local purchase.
 
Local Purchases

  • North zone of Singapore- $15/per delivery
  • South zone of Singapore- $15/per delivery
  • East zone of Singapore- $15/per delivery
  • West zone of Singapore -$10/per delivery
 
International Purchases
 
We can arrange for special delivery service through, EMS (Speed post) , DHL or Fedex, just let us know which courier service provider you prefer. We will find out the charges and let you decide.

I'm purchasing the items as a gift for my loved ones, do you do gift wrapping? TOP
Yes, we do provide gift wrapping services. However there will be a nominal charge of SGD2.00 for it, just let us know during check out, under Special Request that you would like to gift wrapped your items, we will even throw in a gift tag for free, just let us know what message you would like to include. We like to make our customers happy.
